Take A Picture

I've been thinking about getting a new digital camera for a while now, perhaps a compact SLR like the recently re-issued Olympus PEN, with which I would take sparse, highly saturated pictures of buildings and coffee mugs and my feet, and pose as a v. smug artistic hipster.

I mean pictures that might look like these (done with my v. unhipster Canon IXUS and lots of wasted time tooling around on Picasa):

But then again, I've also been thinking about getting a new car, an apartment in Bangsar, a MacBook, the YSL downtown bag in black patent leather and some more Maya & Ruhi jewelry (now available in KLCC Isetan!), so these material desires tend to work on a rotational basis.
